Boal fish which is also called Freshwater Shark is freshly cultured in sweet water. Each pack contains whole fish cut into pieces. It includes head and tail. Average size around 1 kg. Net weight will be lesser at the time of deliver because of weight lose due to cutting, cleaning and processing.
